I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice with dual board certifications as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.
I specialize in the treatment of mood disorders, ADHD/ADD, and nutritional deficiencies, using a comprehensive and integrative approach to mental health care. My practice combines traditional psychiatry, functional medicine, and evidence-based holistic strategies to treat both the mind and body.
Each evaluation is thorough and individualized—designed to go beyond symptom management and uncover the root causes of imbalance. I prioritize truly listening to my patients, creating a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported.

I have a functional and holistic approach to medicine. I believe that lifestyle, sleep hygiene, nutritional habits, and activity play significant roles in mental health wellness. I am a safe prescriber. This means I prescribe the least amount of medication that is therapeutically effective. Yes... this also means I am a minimalist.
A variety of mental health conditions can be treated with nutritional supplements. Medication/supplement recommendations includes ordering labs and checking blood, kidney, liver, hormone, and vitamin levels. This also allows me to check to see if medications may be causing any negative effects on the body and to see if other health conditions are causing or contributing to mental health decline. Each client will receive a personalized treatment plan that addresses their overall health and wellness.
