I have a functional and holistic approach to medicine. I believe that lifestyle, sleep hygiene, nutritional habits, and activity play significant roles in mental health wellness. I am a safe prescriber. This means I prescribe the least amount of medication that is therapeutically effective. Yes…this also means I am a minimalist.
A variety of mental health conditions can be treated with nutritional supplements. Medication/supplement recommendation includes ordering labs and checking blood, kidney, liver, hormone, and vitamin levels. This also allows me to check to see if medications may be causing any negative effects on the body and to see if other health conditions are causing or contributing to mental health decline. Each client will receive a personalized treatment plan that addressed their overall health and wellness. I would love to service your patients needing medication management.
