My previous experience includes working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, marriage counseling, pre-marital counseling, relationship issues, family issues, work issues, and more. My more than ten years of experience have afforded me the opportunity to enjoy working with young adults, adults, couples and families. Our work together would include goal setting, accountability, unlearning habits and relearning new ones. We would have the opportunity to challenge and change thoughts, feelings and beliefs that are hindering your life. Christian counseling is available for those who would like to include faith in their treatment. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!
